Food for Thought by Melanie Long
Check out our healthy snack we had with our Food for Thought Snack. We did add a few marshmallows for a treat! Thanks again to Reta for coming over and Hokitika New World for having us invade the shop!
I liked making the cabs they were yummy. I like that we got a little treat that was marshmallows. We got them for our five + a day and it was only our class. I really liked them.
I loved eating all of the fruit and Marshmallows! The things that I liked the most was the Apples and Marshmallows. It was a good healthy snack I loved it.
Kia ora Room 3, Healthy snacks are my favourite. I like to make my own bliss balls on the weekend so I can have them for morning tea everyday. They have almonds, cashews, coconut, cacao powder a bit of maple syrup and coconut oil in them. I love fruit kebabs like you have made too. Have your tried freezing the bananas and grapes on kebab sticks. They taste delicious straight from the freezer. What healthy snacks do you like to have in your lunchbox for morning tea? Tania
Konichiwa Room 3, I do think of the food I eat. For example I eat vegetables like carrots and bokchoy. The meat that I eat is chicken and fish. What are your favorite healthy foods?

Look at you guys eating healthy food! You look so happy and it seems as if you guys are enjoying it. At home I try my hardest to eat as many of my fruits and vegetables as I can. Every time for lunch and dinner I have rice, is rice healthy? Maybe next time you could include some of the things you ate.
